1. Conductors:  Flexible stranded tinned annealed copper conductor.
2. Conductor Screen: Semi conductive compound (for cables having a voltage rating of 3.3/3.3kV and above).
3. Insulation: EPR.
4. Insulation Screen: Semi conductive elastomer.
5. Cradle Separator: Semi conductive PCP.
6. Overall Core Screen: Semi conductive PCP filling and covering.
7. Interstitial Earth Conductor: Semi conductive PCP covered flexible stranded tinned copper conductor.
8. Central  Extensible Pilot: EPR covered flexible stranded tinned copper conductor.
9. Textile Reinforcement: Open-weave braid reinforcement.
10. Sheath: Heavy duty PCP sheath. Heavy duty CPE/CSP sheath can be offered upon request.

Application
Suitable for reinforced flexible rubber-sheath copper cables for use with coal mining machine and other similar equipment of rated voltages up to and including 1.9/3.3kV.
it can be used as control wiring between electrical equipment in control, monitor circuit, protection circuit and other occasions in coal mine.

Operating Temp and Conditions
1. The long-term operating temp. for cable conductor should be 65℃;
2. The highest operating temp. for short-circuit (for 5s) should be 150℃;
3. The minimum bending radium should be 6 times of the cable OD;
4. Rated voltage U0/ U 0.38/0.66kv or 0.66/1.14kv.  
5. Ground wire core should be grounded well.
6.The cable should be kept in dry & clean places. Pay attention to water-penetration, sunshine and moisture.
7. When the cable is being laid, the drum of which should be set up through a roller. Do not drag it on the ground or smash it with the heavy.
